Live Demo. It's Really Live! You'll use an internet browser to log onto a site called www.JoinGoToMeeting.com. This will allow you to actually see our demonstrator's computer screen, and watch him as he uses RentControl to reserve equipment, establish a rental, sell items, etc. At the same time, you'll be on the phone with the demonstrator so he can answer any questions you have or cover areas of particular interest to you. Demonstrations take about half an hour to 45 minutes.
Online Tour. Using a series of screen shots, you will be walked through the process of reserving, renting, and returning equipment. The on-line demo allows you to proceed at your own pace, and gives you a good overview of how RentControl's rental software is used.
RentControl gives you complete facilities for managing inventory, clients, orders and rentals, all in an easy-to-use software package that is suprisingly affordable and backed by a company committed to service and support.
RentControl handles both over-the-counter rentals as well as reservations for future rentals. Both kinds of rentals are demonstrated. Because an over-the-counter rental is assumed to start immediately using available inventory, there are fewer steps and all take place from the same screen, but the process of checking-in equipment is the same for both.

Request a Free Demo. Please call us at 1-609-924-7114. We will walk you through the process of downloading and installing a free demo. While the demo expires in 30 days, we can easily extend it if you need more time. We would also be glad to give you a quick tour and answer any questions you have. The demo download is seeded with some data, but you can add more of your own. (We do suggest that you have a broadband connection like DSL, cable or fiber optic, since the download is large.)

Pricing
RentControl's price is based on the number of simultaneous users, and is sold as a permanent license, meaning that there is no requirement to pay a lease fee each year. Free support is included with your purchase price for the first year and includes help by phone or email as well as new versions of RentControl.

Features
Barcode and RFID Use
RentControl provides extensive barcode support to make keeping track of inventory, selecting equipment for a rental or sale, and checking equipment in after a rental much quicker and less error-prone. Barcoding is supported either as labels or RFID tags.
Your Inventory on the Web
Increase business by putting your inventory on the web. RentControl has a built-in export that uploads your inventory and prices to your website with a single click, and downloads requests for quotes or orders with the same ease. Click here for more details.
